From juggling kids, home and work day-to-day, to sensory overload, endless guilt, fatigue, overwhelm, social pressures and everything in-between, life can feel like out of control, and more often than not, forces you to place yourself at the very bottom of your ever-growing to-do list.

You’re aware that you need to start trying to prioritise yourself, but how? Who is the right person to reach out to?

A Nutritionist to help get your diet on track? A PT to help you get back into the gym? A Therapist to help you work through the pressures you face?

Deciphering this alone can feel like too daunting a task to face.

This is why I founded Be Health Happier.

Firstly, I am (was) this Mum.

A Mum of 2, working full time and trying to keep on top of life. I was aware that I didn’t necessarily want to go back to the person I was before kids - I’d evolved (in a good way) - but I didn’t know who I was, and whilst I knew how to look after everyone else, I didn’t know how to look after myself.

After researching several potential people or businesses to help, I found myself asking ‘wouldn’t it be so much simpler if just one person could help me with everything?’

So I began exploring, training...training some more, and alongside working on myself I crafted my unique health and lifestyle coaching approach designed to help those like me - that need support that goes beyond just nutrition, exercise or therapy - that joins up the dots, that touches all aspects of mind, body and soul - that is based on YOU.

And so, Be Health Happier was born.

Pulling on several techniques covering mind, body and soul - I will work with you on a range of achievable, sustainable habits that will have a huge impact on you and your life.

Most importantly, Be Health Happier is a safe space where you will feel seen and heard. I listen without judgment and will build a sense of worthiness and fulfilment within your life.

I’m not a PT creating an exercise plan, or a nutritionist delivering a meal plan - I provide a holistic service that seeks to really understand the root cause of the feelings you’re experiencing and how we can work together to readjust your mindset, reignite your motivation and give you the tools and the space to really work on yourself whether that be focusing on moving more, making time for yourself, learning new skills, personal development or anything in-between.
